This pasta is so divine 🤌🏼 Our AirBnb host recommended the place and we definitely know why. We had three different sorts of the ravioli plus the ragu and pomodoro sauce and absolutely loved every bit of it. The price is also super okay for the quality and a nice home-cooked meal.

Second time in Finale Ligure and second time that we come back home with a bag full of different types of fresh pastas. The ravioli are excellent. The pesto wonderful. The people who serve are kind. We come back home after the holiday and have some more great food to enjoy! If you have a chance make sure you buy some pasta and pesto and sauces there!
Service was so good! Nearly didn't have to say a thing, it seems Like the staff just know what WE would like :)

Absolutely delicious pesto and nice fresh looking pasta and sauces. Brought 3 packs of pesto as a souvenir back to my country but I want more. I might come just to buy a bucket of pesto 😀

This is the best place to get fresh made home italian pasta. I could definetely take home everything. I kind of do that every time I am visiting Finale Ligure. So many different raviolis and home made sauces. Delicious 👌

Abbiamo deciso di provare la pasta fresca di questo pastificio a partire dai ravioli ripieni di cernia.
A parte la forma carinissima (a pesce) del raviolo, la materia prima ed il sapore erano sinceramente ottimi. I commessi oltre ad essere gentili, chiedendo (altre volte spontaneamente) forniscono consigli su come guarnire la pasta per valorizzarla al meglio.
In generale sono gentili e svelti, molto efficienti.
Il giorno stesso abbiamo acquistato anche del pesto fatto da loro: davvero molto buono.
Dato il successo dei ravioli, il giorno successivo abbiamo comprato dei maccheroni di farina di lenticchie rosse biologiche: gustosissimi, tempi di cottura rapidi (tipico della pasta fresca), accompagnati ad un sugo di carne acquistato sempre da loro.
La scelta di pasta e sughi é estremamente ampia, specie per la prima: spaghetti al cacao, fusilli alla maggiorana, ravioli alla boraggine, gnocchi ripieni di formaggio e prosciutto... Insomma, cose mai viste da altre parti super interessanti!
Per i sughi esiste la possibilità di accedere a più formati di vasetto, per le proprie esigenze (piccoli, medi, grandi).
I prezzi sono corretti :2etti di pasta, più pesto o sugo vasetto medio, circa 10€.
Appena torneremo in vacanza ci torneremo.

We decided to try this pasta shop's fresh pasta, starting with the grouper-filled ravioli. Aside from the ravioli's cute fish shape, the ingredients and flavor were truly excellent. The clerks are not only friendly, but also offer suggestions on how to garnish the pasta to make it stand out. Overall, they're kind and quick, very efficient. That same day, we also purchased some of their homemade pesto: truly delicious. Given the ravioli's success, the next day we bought some organic red lentil flour macaroni: delicious, quick to cook (typical of fresh pasta), and paired with a meat sauce we also purchased from them. The selection of pasta and sauces is extremely wide, especially for the first course: spaghetti with cocoa, fusilli with marjoram, ravioli with borage, gnocchi filled with cheese and ham... In short, things we've never seen anywhere else, super interesting! For sauces, you can choose from a variety of jar sizes (small, medium, or large) to suit your needs. The prices are fair: 200g of pasta, plus a medium jar of pesto or sauce, about €10. We'll be back as soon as we get back on vacation. P.S. The line is often long, so you need to be prepared and patient.

Abbiamo preso da asporto l'ultimo giorno a Finale Ligure. Sono stati davvero gentilissimi. Su ogni pacchetto di pasta acquistato c'era scritto il tempo di cottura e ci hanno suggerito che sugo abbinare. Penso di non essere mai stata servita così cordialmente come qui. Complimenti. Assaggiato le paste a casa e devo dire tutto ottimo.

We ordered takeout on our last day in Finale Ligure. They were incredibly kind. Each package of pasta we purchased had the cooking time written on it, and they recommended the sauce to go with it. I don't think I've ever been served as warmly as here. Congratulations. I tried the pasta at home, and I have to say it was all excellent.
